Personnel - P. Magnetic, who uses electronics and occasional voice. Current Activities - Working as Pocket Magnetic since early 2006. Debut album, "Pocket Magnetic" (PMag1) put together whilst living in China. Return to UK August 2007. Radio Sampler (PMag2) put together. May 2010 saw release of "Pocket Magnetic 2: Uncool and Calculated" (PMag3) and a download only single edit of "You Don't Have To Know" (PMag4). A Collaboration with singer Josh Magnetic resulted in "Lodestar" and "Body On The The Beach." The tracks were made available as a download, promo CD (PMag5) (not commercially available) and a clear vinyl 7" single limited to 50 copies (PMag6). Currently playing live and working on new material. Releases
- "Pocket Magnetic" album (PMag1), First Record Purchased - “Rock ‘n’ Roll Parts 1 & 2” by Gary Glitter. First Interest In Electronic Music - The music of Jean Michel Jarre being used frequently as incidental music on British television at the end of the 1970s. First Musical Life Changing Experience - “Autobahn” full-length version by Kraftwerk. Second Musical Life Changing Experience - (Jointly) Ramones first album and seeing Cult Maniax live. Musical History - Played in punk and new wave bands with people including John Monaghan (ex-Mudlark) and Steve Blacker (who has more recently remixed Lodestar). Hero - Joey Ramone.
